Alain Hostert abou Polish Culinary Cup 2019

Alain Hostert from Luxembourg. Was working a part of his life in Switzerland in some 5 Star Palace Hotels as in Luxemburg for the Grand Duke, where he had the chance to prepare Gala Dinners for the Royals of Europe. Since 2007 he is working as Culinary Educator at the Hotel School of Luxembourg. Head-Organiser of the Culinary World Cup in Luxembourg. 2018 in Malaysia on the World congress of WorldChefs, he got elected as continental director for Europe central.
