Emmanuel Lorieux started with an apprenticeship in a one star Michelin restaurant in Normandie. After that he worked for le Meridien hotel in Paris (France), San Diego (California), Barcelona (Spain), Toronto (Canada), Tokyo (Japan), Bora Bora and Abu Dhabi. He worked also for Joel Robuchon in Paris and a few 2 stars Michelin restaurants in France. He has been working for Nestlé Professional for 8 years and as Global Food Executive Chef for 3 years.
